Since our founding, we have been developing residential and commercial projects with a philosophy based on reliability, transparency, and architectural aesthetics. Having established a presence in the sector through project commitments and specialized construction projects in our early years, our company successfully completed a modern production facility with a 2,400 m² indoor area for Ledra Unlu Mamüller Ltd. between 2019 and 2025.
As of 2025, we are proud to introduce Veranova Luma, our first build-and-sell residential project, which sets a new standard for living in the Hamitköy area of Nicosia. This project brings together functionality, spacious design, and a contemporary lifestyle with 3-bedroom garden-level apartments and 2-bedroom penthouses featuring private rooftop terraces.
